Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
We ship internationally and estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Expect your package to arrive within 10-30 business days. In rare cases, deliveries may take longer than 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders upon shipment. However, depending on the chosen carrier, tracking details may be limited. You will receive tracking update when your order is shipped. Please allow the system to sync if you do not see tracking information right away and check back in a few days.
Lost or Returned Packages: If your package is lost in transit or returned to us, we will attempt to reship it at no additional cost to you. Please note that reshipment may require additional processing time.

Reshipments, No Refunds: If your order is returned to us due to customs issues, we are happy to reship it for a second attempt, provided you cover the additional shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on orders impacted by customs interference.
