Our Mexican amber comes from a now extinct tree species called Hymanea Mexicana, it is the trees’ fossilized tree resin. It has long been used for protection, healing, and decoration.

 

Throughout history it has been used as currency, and valued highly for royalty around the world, it has held special significance for the Buddha himself, as his lucky stone.

 

Both Mexican and Baltic are amber are high sought after worldwide. Amber in Mexico is mined by hand, to protect from over extraction.
